On this, Volunteers Week, we’d like to introduce you to some of the many dedicated people who freely give their time, skills and energy to keep our charity shops open.

Many people in conflict-affected eastern DRC often fall ill with diarrhoea and cholera because of unsafe water. But now, thanks to a major project by Concern funded by the UK government, 90,000 people, many of them living in displacement camps, have access to clean drinking water.
