Referral System Strengthening in Lake Province, Chad
This learning paper presents the main findings of support, lessons learned, and recommendations drawn from the second phase of the European Commission’s Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations department (DG ECHO) project in Bol and Baga Sola, Lake Chad Province, with the aim to increase access to essential health, nutrition and water, hygeine and sanitation.
