Global Hunger Index 2018 report
This is the thirteenth annual publication of the Global Hunger Index (GHI), a report jointly published by Concern Worldwide and Welthungerhilfe.
The GHI series of reports tracks the state of hunger – worldwide and country by country – and spotlights those regions and countries where action to address hunger is most urgently needed. The 2018 GHI shows that the world has made gradual, long-term progress in reducing overall hunger, but this progress has been uneven. Areas of severe hunger and undernutrition stubbornly persist, reflecting human misery for millions.
Forced Migration and Hunger
This year's report shines a light on forced migration. The report highlights the fact that more needs to be done to address the political causes of forced migration and hunger and provide long-term solutions for displaced people and their host communities
